We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.


Return window

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging where possible.

Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible items

  • Unused homewares and décor in original condition
  • Items with original tags and packaging intact
  • Gifts with proof of purchase (store credit issued)

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale and discounted clearance items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

How to return

Contact us
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Get approval
We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.

Ship it back
Pack securely and send using a tracked service. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

Refund issued
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank before reaching out — processing times vary between financial institutions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or style where stock is available. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm availability and reserve your item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
