Every Eira Living order is carefully packed and dispatched from Brisbane, Australia. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you.


Free shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200. Orders $199 and under are charged at the flat rates below.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During busy periods such as sales or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly. We'll always notify you if there's a delay.

Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout on orders over $200. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer.

International delivery

We ship internationally to most countries. All international orders are sent via tracked international post.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

We are unable to predict or control customs delays. If you're unsure about duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey directly with the carrier.

If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please get in touch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly. If your parcel appears lost or has not moved for an extended period, reach out to us and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Eira Living is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. However, we'll always do our best to help resolve the situation.

We take care in how your order arrives. All items are packed to minimise movement and protect against damage in transit. We're working toward more sustainable packaging options and will update this section as we make changes.
