Free shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200. Orders $199 and under are calculated automatically at checkout via Australia Post, based on your location and order weight.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During busy periods such as sales or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly. We'll always notify you if there's a delay.

Australian delivery

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.

Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipping to the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected upfront at checkout under current US customs regulations. This means the total you pay at checkout is the total cost of your order — there's nothing further owed on delivery.

For all other international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in the order total or shipping cost.

We're unable to predict or control customs delays. If you're unsure about duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey directly with the carrier.

If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please get in touch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly. If your parcel appears lost or has not moved for an extended period, reach out to us and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Eira Living is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. However, we'll always do our best to help resolve the situation.

We take care in how your order arrives. All items are packed to minimise movement and protect against damage in transit. We're working toward more sustainable packaging options and will update this section as we make changes.
